Customer Technical Manager
Up to £52,000 + car allowance + bonus + package

The role

- You will have responsibility to lead and develop key customer relationships from a technical perspective across multiple sites. This will include customer visits and supporting the commercial teams.
- Using your skills to ensure the highest quality standards are met through liaison with site technical teams. This will include product innovation, product quality and food safety in the supply chain. 
- You will be able to work in partnership with a range of high profile retail customers, ensuring and promoting best practice. 
- The ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders will be essential.

The person

- Of graduate calibre with recent or past technical experience in a food environment, you will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to your work. 
- Experience of retail customers is essential. 
- Factory and process knowledge is essential.
- Your ability to switch between influencing technical needs on site to working directly with the customer will be crucial.
- A great communicator
