Graduate Manufacturing Programme
As a Manufacturing graduate, you’ll focus on improving and capitalising on the production processes and issues that impact daily on Nestlé products. You’ll be challenged with removing any forms of waste from the business and ensure that Nestlé continues to run a world-class manufacturing operation. You’ll find yourself working alongside a multi-functional project team that assists in resolving real business issues. Once you’ve identified the problem you’ll be responsible for creating sustainable and implementable solutions. It’s not necessary to have an engineering background but you need to have a passion for understanding how machinery and processes work so that you can enable our engineers to be as productive as possible.
•Salary: £27,000 plus £2,000 graduate allowance (paid over 2-years)
•Location: UK Various
•Requirements: 2:1 Degree, any discipline (Manufacturing or Engineering preferred)
