As a SHE graduate, you’ll find yourself providing real life solutions to ensure that the health and safety of all Nestlé colleagues and team members is considered. Nestlé is proud of its low accident incidence rate and we consistently aim towards achieving zero. As part of your daily role, you will be contributing to ensuring that our accident incidence rates continue to decrease. On the SHE Graduate Scheme, typical tasks include developing your knowledge of the SHE risks associated with factory environments and auditing safety processes at Nestlé. You’ll gain experience in communicating SHE risks and protocols with key stakeholders, working towards Nestlé’s continuous excellence goals and looking to improve the company’s performance in SHE.

•Salary: £27,000 plus £2,000 graduate allowance (paid over 2-years)
•Location: UK Various
•Requirements: 2:2 Degree, any Discipline (Environmental, Safety or Geography preferred)
