Reporting directly into the Development Controller the successful Development Manager will help scope the long term product innovation strategies to define the groups category development initiatives.
To be successful this NPD Manager must have a proven track record and be able to clearly demonstrate their experience within this fast paced industry. You must have a strong personality with the ability to influence others and have the skills to mentor members of your team as you will be inheriting a relatively inexperienced team.
You must be able to demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and passion for food development whilst possessing the commercial skills to notice, develop and launch profitable products.
