Vitaflo International Ltd is looking for a highly motivated New Product Development Technologist to join the R&D Department. The individual will play an essential role in the development and expansion of our product range of innovative clinical nutritional products.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the Quality Control and Specification teams
- Maintenance of existing product ranges and raw materials
- Manage and motivate team of 5 people
- Ensure QC testing complies with current legislation
- Monitor and improve quality release testing processes
- Actively participate in Quality testing review team
- Develop stability testing programme
Key Attributes
- The ideal candidate must have a degree in a scientific subject, together with proven technical expertise in a pharmaceutical / nutrition environment
- Experience of quality control and or raw material database management
- Product formulation and supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to be flexible, innovative and self motivated
