Internal Auditing of Procedures and systems:
Auditing various sections of the process to verify that all SOP’s are being adhered to and are effective.
Customer Specifications:
Completion of Customer Specifications for all products produced
Customer Complaints:
Receiving, investigating & replying to customer complaints. Monitoring & trending numbers of complaints in relation to sales.
Customer KPI’s:
Monitoring & documenting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S) e.g. complaint, service levels to the customer on scheduled basis
Supplier details:
Maintaining & updating supplier details annually or as required.
Supplier Audits:
Auditing suppliers as required.
Training:
Initial & maintenance of training programme for Quality Assurance team & on-line QC operatives
HACCP:
As a member of the HACCP team, involved in the review & upkeep of the HACCP plan etc…
Customer Queries:
Replying to customer queries as required.
Assist Technical Manager:
Assist the Technical Manager in duties and tasks as and when required.
Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm (outside these hours may be required during busy periods.
Experience in the Technical / Quality department in the Food industry and strong participation in achievement of third party accreditations e.g. BRC (SAI-Global) essential.
Third level education required.
Computer skills are necessary.
French language preferable, but not essential.
Successful applicant must be able to manage a team of 10-12 in Technical Manager’s absence / unavailability & conduct / lead customer audits etc...
He / She must therefore be able to display initiative, interest, good motivation, excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
