My client is looking for a motivated Operations Manager who has the talent and ability to lead the Operations at the business in London. You will be a dynamic and enthusiastic leader with a passion for foods of the highest quality. This role will present many challenges so please be prepared to use your skills and experience to solve problems quickly and effectively!
Working as a leading part of the management team at our site in London to assist the business in achieving its objective of being a leading caterer in the UK through reputation and quality.
Leading the operations team to ensure the effective dispatch of food and equipment to our premium customers within the specific quality standards and leading the department to ensure that quality is maintained.
Developing and maintaining relationships with our customers and continuously look to maintain and improve performance of the unit.
A hands on, motivated and dedicated manager who will do whatever is needed to ensure the company has a successful business and high regard from its customers.
You will have gained previous experience of working within a quality food environment and have a genuine interest and knowledge of the food industry, with the ability to implement and manage systems and processes.
