As a key member of the Senior Management team, reporting to the MD, you are instrumental in delivering manufacturing excellence in production, engineering and supply chain. You ensure the day to day is delivered whilst driving a robust growth and improvement strategy.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver results, build relationships and drive improvements.
You will have experience of Operations Management at a site / business / senior level within Meat manufacturing or processing.
Ideally, you will have developed a smaller to medium sized meat processing business into a much larger, more efficient and successful organisation by using your tried and tested business competencies and knowledge of the industry.
