BCS introduced Interim Management to their range of recruitment services in 2006. Since launching this service, we have successfully placed a large number of candidates in various functions throughout the Food Industry, with new and existing clients.
We cover a range of functions including Operations, Technical, Development, Engineering, HR, Commercial, Supply Chain and Purchasing.
We are always interested in hearing from candidates who are established Interim Managers or candidates who are in a permanent position but considering making the move into Interim.
Candidates should be well motivated, organised and have reached a senior position within their function (although, roles often require the individual to operate at a level below so it is essential candidates are flexible with positions).
Daily rates vary depending on the project, level and duration. Assignments can take candidates around the country and occasionally overseas therefore flexibility with regards staying away during the week is paramount.
Interim offers an exciting career alternative; with placements lasting on average 3 months candidates can move from project to project gaining knowledge and experience with a range of companies/ products, developing their interim portfolio along the way.
