Team Leader role within a fast moving blue chip food manufacturer. CALLING ON all talented Team Leaders/ Production Supervisors to join if they are looking for a challenge and a chance to join the ELITE!
Your main responsibility as Team Leader/ Production Supervisor will be to coordinate all aspects of production within a designated area to deliver a cost efficient operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure GMP & H&S standards are maintained at all times
• Manage team of operatives
• Ensure correct manning at all times
• Ensure all raw materials are requested and received
• Coordinate higher skilled operatives and operatives, ensuring all tasks are clearly understood and carried out effectively
• Actively pursue continuous improvement, including all personnel as needed
The successful candidate must have:
• Previous Team Leader experience within food manufacturing
• Management experience
• Understanding of working in a machine orientated enviroment
• Tough and resilient out look
• Able to motivate team and self and exceed set targets
