Objectives of the Role:-
1) To continually deliver a pipeline of new product developments, which will deliver growth to the business and maintain brand status
2) To deliver and continually update a library of innovative application ideas- that can be used as a sales tool for customer presentations to promote growth in new market areas
Key Competencies:-
Degree in Food Science or equivalent
Previous NPD experience (bakery products preferred but not essential)
Proven organisational and project working skills
Knowledge & experience of Microsoft office
Proven creative skills
Ability to think outside the box
Driving license and own car an advantage
Good presentation skills
