Our Client is a leading dairy food producer and is looking to recruit a Quality Auditor to join their team in Yorkshire.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Ensure the requirements of the sites HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system & QMS (Quality Management System) are continually maintained through auditing & investigation. Report & initiate action to resolve non conformances & improve systems.
Monitor hygiene standards and investigate out of specification results.
Ensure standards and procedures meet customer specifications.
Conduct in-house audits to ensure compliance.
Liaise with other departments / suppliers to ensure non-compliances are closed fully & followed up.
The ideal applicant will have a degree in a food related science subject and have knowledge off HACCP. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role. Good communication skills and the ability to work individually as well as part of a team are essential.
This is an hourly paid role £6.50 - £8.25 per hour based on experience
