My client, a well known chilled food manufacturer based in Leicestershire, is now looking to recruit for the role of Process Development Manager to complete their busy process team.
Key Accountabilities:-
" Ensuring critical paths are maintained in line with customer expectations throughout the development and launch cycle
" Challenging current practices with the objective of continuously improving production processes
" Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of all customer specifications and documentation
" Managing new raw materials into the business and ensuring the specification meets the business requirements
" Chairing the weekly development meeting, ensuring buy-in and actions from all other departments
" Liaising regularly with the customer
Key Requirements:-
" The ability to lead by example, coaching and developing your team to meet business objectives
" A relevant degree or equivalent and significant experience within a similar environment
" Flexibility in relation to your work and working hours
" A confident and persuasive personality; the ability to challenge the status quo
" Excellent interpersonal / team skills
