This new opportunity is for a multi skilled, pack house Operations Manager who is able to procure, negotiate and man-manage. Although standards and throughputs are high there are still opportunities to improve efficiencies and manage daily labour requirements. Liaising with suppliers, alongside the accountant, you will also be responsible for negotiating costs and sourcing. This role is diverse and operates cross functionally through the business.
You will preferably come from a production background and speak Spanish. If you can demonstrate examples of where you have improved efficiencies and have evidence of positive outcomes from your negotiation skills as well as strong man management skills then start dipping your toes in that clear blue sea and call us today, Olé.
