My client would like to appoint an enthusiastic, hard working individual in possession of good organizational and man management skills for the role of Assistant Production Manager.
A good competence in arithmetical problem solving would be required. Previous experience of the Brewing industry would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will report to the Brewhouse Manager and after some on site training shall be responsible for aiding in the following tasks:
•Production planning
•Stock control and ordering of process materials in conjunction with the Production plan
•Packaging management
•Production documentation updating
•Beer concentrate, liquid extract and dry blend formulations
•Maintaining SOPs
•Updating technical records
•Risk assessments
•Operator/team leader training
•Product analysis
•Plant utilization analysis
•Production yield reports
•Technical troubleshooting
