Our client is a well known and very well regarded fresh produce supplier to the high street retail and foodservice sectors.

The SUCCESSFUL candidates will be responsible for:
• Overseeing and supporting all divisions, paying specific attention to operational, goods in and sales administration, documentation and procedures and ensuring good internal communications between units
• Leading the way in improving existing and implementing new systems
• Attending Senior Management meetings and involved in making day to day decisions on how the business is run
• Management of the full administration team and control of appropriate staff rotas for seven day production
• Motivating staff and dealing with any staffing issues
• Collation of sales and purchasing data and sales reports with detail given of package turnover and sales price and also the respective reports of the purchases of the company
• Monitor and analyse business reports and deliver your conclusions to the Board.
• Performing a key role in the upgrade of the Company computer systems, including planning, training, installation and roll out
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers by developing personal contacts

The IDEAL person:
• Abe to multi-task and maintain accurate systems in a busy office environment with a high throughput of data
• At least a years experience in the operational administration of a business. A key requirement of that business should have been logistical timings and the requirement to meet deadlines
• Computer literate, with a knowledge of systems planning and implementation
• Experience of managing people and monitoring performance levels
• Self motivated with the ability to motivate others
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to communicate with people on all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
