The Position:
To join a small but expanding team specialising in HACCP, quality systems and risk management. The role of the successful candidate would be primarily focused on the HACCP activities of the section. It would provide much opportunity for travel and interaction with personnel from the food industry, other related sectors, enforcement and government. My client is recognised as one of the European centres of HACCP knowledge and operates internationally in this field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- HACCP training, to be a tutor or co-tutor on both scheduled and client specific training courses. Courses will be at the basic, intermediate and advanced levels
- HACCP auditing - to perform audits as part of the HACCP certification scheme. This will include audit preparation and writing audit reports
- HACCP consultancy - to provide clients with guidance and advice on HACCP and related topics
- Assist in other section activities as required; this might include assisting in research projects and developing seminars/conferences
- Undertake on and off site project work
- National and international travel as required
Qualifications on entry:
- Degree or equivalent

- Full UK/EU driving licence
