OUR CLIENT is a busy, vibrant food manufacturing operation, who are well positioned to drive change forward over the next few years.
THE ROLE is to take responsibility for the operation of a Shift, ensuring that targets and quality are met throughout the business. Strong people management skills, good communication and focusing on improving performance at all times are essential to this role.
You will play an instrumental role in helping the company to meet it’s targets and achieve it’s objective of being the best. In return, you will be working in a friendly team environment, where there are endless opportunities for development and career progression for the right people.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• 2+ years front line Production Management experience
• Proven experience of managing within a manufacturing, airline catering or production process
• An understanding of budgets and KPI’s
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Minimum education to ‘A’ Level/BTEC National or equivalent and a relevant professional qualification
• An understanding of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Security regulations
• Self-motivated, resilient and flexible
