Reporting to the Technical Director you'll play a key role within the NPD process and take responsibility for managing the critical path for a wide range of customers and products over multiple sites within the group. You'll interface with customers on a regular basis and through superb direction & motivation of your Technologists, you’ll dazzle your customers with your ability to deliver ranges within ambient and chilled categories.
To excel in this role you'll need to be confident and competent with a proven track record of working with the major retailers and the ability to build relationships on a cross functional basis. You'll need experience of leading a team of technologists and be highly adept at managing the critical path from concept sign off to launch within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
