A highly successful & ever expanding business, this is a company that is now seeking to recruit two Operations Managers to join their ever increasing team.
You will use KPIs to monitor and improve operational performance, champion continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practice and provide leadership, vision and support to the small production team of around 20.
The ideal candidate will be an assertive individual, passionate about quality with a can-do approach and real drive and determination to make a difference. With excellent communication, motivational & influencing skills you will be able to demonstrate a track record of deliverables in maximising efficiencies in people, plant & systems. You will also be able to adopt a hands-on approach if required.
The successful candidate will have several years’ successful production management experience ideally in a food FMCG environment. A recognised safety qualification such as NEBOSH would be an advantage.
