Production Manager (food industry) - East Midlands
This market leading food manufacturer is looking for motivated Production Managers to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
To optimise all aspects of the production of factory products, including management of materials and labour. Particular emphasis is placed on the short- to medium-term strategy of enabling the factory to respond to the growth plans of all brands in area of control.
To support the team in ensuring maximum utilisation of operational staff and equipment in achieving optimal line efficiency within the Company safety, quality & environmental policies
To promote an environment that challenges the existing processes and strives for excellence through continuous improvement & flexibility
Experience required:
Must have previous experience at management level within a fast moving manufacturing environment - ideally food manufacturing.
A degree in a food related discipline would be an advantage.
