My Client requires an Interim Production Manager
- To drive production
- To deliver process efficiency and productivity improvement
- Deliver the production plan for each shift on time and in full, measured by % of product/line plan quantities produced in full by end of shift
- Reduce total direct labour costs compared to standard for the Plan output
- Reduce the cost of production waste - packaging, ingredient and finished goods losses, and product overfill
- Drive targets
- KPI Management
Candidates must have chilled food experience and have worked as a production Manager or above as you will be required to hit the ground running.
Working pattern is Monday to Friday, however candidates must be flexible
