An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hygiene Manager to join a forward thinking and vastly growing company that supplies a number of products to the major multiples.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

•Plant
•Facilities
•Catering unit
•Suppliers (limited)
•Allergens
3.Purchasing
•Purchase orders
•Stock taking
•Specify material types
•Sourcing best quotes
4.Budget control
•Invoices
•Targets
•Cost cutting Initiatives
KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALITIES REQUIRED:
1.Good IT skills – Requires to be competent in Word, Excel, Notes and SAP.
2.Good interpersonal / verbal and written communication skills
3.Self reliant – Ability to work both as an individual and a team member.
4.Demonstrate high standards of hygiene.
5.Food Hygiene training ( REHIS advanced Food Hygiene.)
6.Trained Internal Quality Auditor
7.Knowledge of BRC, IFS and ISO quality standards
8.Experience/knowledge of contract tendering, negotiation, set-up and supervision.
9.Ability to drive improvements through initiatives (e.g. recycling.)
10.Good interpersonal skills
11.Chemical training preferred.
