THE ROLE – there are currently a number of vacancies for Shift Managers in two Heathrow units, requiring you to manage and run the production element of the operation, ensuring that targets and quality are met throughout the business. You will be responsible for running shifts on a 24 hour operation. Strong people management skills, good communication and focusing on improving performance at all times are essential to this role.
