Hygiene Supervisor required as soon as possible for a fresh meat site dealing with beef products, Kill site processing 1000 cattle a week, also a retail packing plant.
The ideal candidate would be someone with previous supervisor experience who is methodical and reliable.
Shifts are Monday to Friday 6pm - 5am or similar, suitable candidate may also be required to work occasional weekends. Language skills would be beneficial
This is an hourly paid role approx £8 per hour (£18000).
Responsibilities include:
Managing a team of 10 people
Responsible for ensuring all relevant cleaning equipment is available and making sure no residues are left whilst maintaining good standards of hygiene
Motivating the team
