The Company: Part of one of the country's leading foodservice companies, and suppliers of frozen and chilled produce to the convenience retail sector throughout the UK.
The Role: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for a team of 7 established Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for sales targets, training, promotion of brand and coverage plans.
The Candidate: Ideally 1 years experience in a Field Sales Manager role with a structured approach to developing a small team. You will have a proven track record in man management and achieved sales targets via teams, as well as the ability to challenge and motivate others.
