OUR CLIENT is part of a multi-million pound business, who manufacture chilled and frozen ready meals for the major multiple retailers. This factory is one of the most advanced in the world and their technology allows them to produce restaurant quality food on the mass market. They are always looking for high calibre individuals to enable them to meet their business vision.
THE ROLE will involve conducting detailed and structured technical projects and investigations, as directed by the Technical Manager, in order to deliver sustained and continual improvements in Product Quality, Safety and Legality.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Food Industry experience in a Process Technologist role
• Fully conversant with Auditing and HACCP
• A proven track record of implementing new standards, procedures or working practices
• Experience of working with major retailer customers, ideally M&S
• Degree in a food related subject
• Excellent communication skills
