Production Line Leader/ Shift Supervisor required for a FMCG food company based in the Wincanton area
Main accountabilities:
• Achieve/exceed daily KPI targets, monitoring trends and taking corrective action where appropriate
• Manage and ensure accuracy of all operating documentation
• Recruit, train, coach and develop the skills of team members
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures
• Control Product Quality
• Monitor and maintain High standards of hygiene and H&S
To motivate and manage staff with a hands on approach.
Key Tasks
• Deliver the daily production plans for the lines
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials to meet the production plan
• Effective handovers between shifts
• Lead by example

Hours of work -0600 - 1400 1400 – 2200 rotating week-a-bout
Salary – £18,000 - £20,000
