Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Site Projects Manager will head the Site Projects Team and will own the Capital implementation on site.
The post holder will be required to lead and motivate their multi-disciplined team to deliver a quality service, safely and at the right cost. Driving to achieve, maintain and improve targets for all the KPIs, this role will lead Projects on site.
The role will demand strong influencing skills to ensure efficient and effective performance in conjunction with their Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing & Planning colleagues.
Ideally qualified to degree level with a results driven Engineering Projects background candidates will be required to demonstrate experience of seeing projects through from concept and design, right-first-time Capex justifications, challenging supplier negotiations, through to successful, on-time, in-full implementation and commissioning. Applicants will have a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience of large project implementation and people management experience.
