Job : Technical Co-ordinator, Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Buckingham Foods are one of the Top five sandwich & snack salad manufacturers in the UK, acknowledged for their speciality portfolio and excellence in premium and healthy products.
Currently manufacturing across two sites in the UK, they are looking to increase their energetic and dedicated technical team in Staffordshire.
This excellent opportunity requires effective communication with the customer on a daily basis, liaising with internal teams, and offering technical advice and assistance with new product launches helping ensure challenges are met
With responsibility for food safety, legality of raw materials and finished product, this role will be varied and will require an enthusiastic, dedicated individual with a sound technical knowledge. HACCP documentation, product specifications, raw material approval and factory trials are key responsibilities.
With food industry experience, preferably within a high risk chilled environment. The successful candidate will be able to confidently communicate at all levels. Highly self motivated and a team player, they will have the ability to ‘make things happen’ within the company including successfully launching new products to a high standard and providing high quality advice on a day to day basis.
