Great opportunity for an experienced QA Manager with a FMCG background to further your career.
OUR CLIENT is a producer of coated poultry products for a major food service company.
THE ROLE will require you to manage the Technical team activities on-site, in respect of supplier assurance, quality, HACCP/GMP systems, process auditing, non-production hygiene and company/customer communications.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will have experience in a Quality Management role, in a FMCG food production environment, together with a food science degree and ideally an Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate. You should have a sound knowledge of HACCP/GMP systems, as well as UK and EU food legislation. A confident approach and strong IT, communication and people management skills will be key to achieving success in this role.
