A proven technical professional who can drive and empower change in a busy environment. Extensive experience (abattoir, cutting plant and retail packing ideally) of dealing with both retail and catering customers, this role will require a highly motivated individual who can build and develop a successful team. Capable of quickly assuming responsibility for the technical aspects of the facility and playing a key role in the drive for technical excellence. Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, and have a genuine passion for food and delivering product and service excellence.
