Within a Technical Management role in the food industry you are generally accountable for managing the QA and hygiene teams, systems, procedures and delivering technical compliance whilst taking responsibility for all technical issues as the main point of contact on site. Key technical contact with retail customers. Liaise with suppliers, regarding the product quality and performance of products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
