About Us

Steeped in history, our offices are Grade 2 listed buildings based in the beautiful market town of Stamford in Lincolnshire. GIM was founded in 1999 we specialise in placing salaried managerial staff to the food manufacturing sector.

We pride ourselves on being friendly, approachable and most importantly highly experienced at placing quality candidates! Kate and Chloe share the same ethics and approach to the business of professional recruitment adhering to best practice whilst striving for continual improvement & innovation. We will not inundate you with CV’s; only sending star candidates forward! We will take them through a lengthy pre interview and pre referencing process where we will ensure that they are entirely suitable for what you are looking for. Only then will we introduce the candidates to meet with you.
