Team Leader/Production Supervisor:

Leading a food production area and managing a team. You will encourage the team to meet KPI’s and keep to strict targets whilst ensuring customer standards are met! Reporting into the Production Manager you will will ensure that food products are manufactured within allocated areas to quality standards at minimum cost under company codes of practice.

Production Manager:

The responsibilities of this role are to effectively lead a production team in various different food environments. As a Production Manager you will develop and motivate a large production team whilst implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the production area. You will have overall responsibility for the smooth running of production, Health & Safety and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Operations/Factory/Manufacturing Manager:

A pivotal role to the company’s success. Utilising the production team towards achieving maximum efficiency in the operation of the business unit. Management of the manufacturing process to ensure that all output complies with customer specifications, food hygiene regulations and GMP. Drive production to achieve and exceed targets. You will work closely with technical team to ensure all legal and customer standards are met. You will play a major role in developing and driving the business, with particular emphasis upon continuous improvement projects, maintaining and improving production capacity inline.
